The 2026 Ojai Playwrights Summer Conference & New Works Festival application window will be open from September 19 - 26, 2025, and will continue to be an open submission process to uphold our commitment to making new play development programs accessible. The Summer Conference & New Works Festival will take place July 19-August 2, 2026.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2025 Summer Conference & New Works Festival - where playwrights received a two-week workshop to develop their new plays, culminating with a public performance of their work at OPC’s New Works Festival, July 31 - Aug 3, 2025 in gorgeous Ojai, CA!
